What is Balance?

Balance is the amount of funds in a trading account after closed transactions, Buy Balance, Sell Balance, and other applicable account adjustments have been calculated.

What is Equity?

Equity is the value of funds in a trading account that changes according to the profit or loss of open transactions.

What is Leverage?

Leverage is a facility that allows Members to trade contract values larger than the available margin funds.

What is Margin?

Margin is the required collateral to open a transaction in a trading account.

What is Margin Level?

Margin Level is the ratio between Equity and Margin, used as an indicator of the trading account's condition.

What is Margin Call?

Margin Call is a warning indicating that the funds in a trading account may no longer be sufficient to maintain open transactions.

What is Stop Out?

Stop Out is a condition where open transactions are automatically closed by the system because the Margin Level is insufficient to maintain the open positions.

What is Autolock?

Autolock is a condition where the system automatically locks open positions when the trading account's Margin Level reaches certain parameters set by the system.

What is Locking?

Locking or Hedging is the opening of an opposite position to reduce the impact of price fluctuations on existing open transactions.

What is Pending Order?

Pending Order is an order placed at a specific price and will be activated when the market price reaches the selected price.

Types of Pending Orders:

  • Buy Limit: a Buy order placed below the current market price.
  • Buy Stop: a Buy order placed above the current market price.
  • Sell Limit: a Sell order placed above the current market price.
  • Sell Stop: a Sell order placed below the current market price.
What is Swap?

Swap is a fee or interest adjustment applied to open transactions that remain open overnight. On Wednesdays, swap is generally calculated for three days to adjust to market rollover.

How do I create a Support Ticket?

To create a Support Ticket:

  1. Log in to the BullishFx dashboard.
  2. Click the message icon to open the Support Ticket menu.
  3. Click Create New Ticket.
  4. Complete all required forms based on your issue.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. The submitted ticket will appear on the Ticket dashboard.
  7. Click Detail to continue the conversation with the Support team.
  8. Once the issue is resolved, you may provide a rating based on your satisfaction.
Who can become a BullishFx Member?

BullishFx is available to individuals who meet the registration and account verification requirements under the applicable terms.

Users may register by completing the required data and documents through the system. In certain cases, additional verification may be requested according to applicable policies.

Does BullishFx work with a broker?

Yes. BullishFx is a trading community and ecosystem operated by Oval Capital International Limited (OCIL).

For brokerage services and trading infrastructure, BullishFx works with Oval Ltd, a company licensed as a Securities Dealer in Seychelles under licence number SD221.
